The quickest fix: drop it in to us

If you can get to Canning Vale, bringing the machine to our workshop is both the fastest and the cheapest way to have it repaired. There is no travel to pay for and no waiting on the next round in your area - most repairs are finished and ready to collect within one working day. Drop your Kirby at our Production Road office, tell us what it has been doing, and we will call you as soon as it is done.

Work on the bench also means the whole machine gets looked over properly - motor, fan, switches, bearings, belt and cable - not only the fault that brought it in. That is what keeps a Kirby serviceable for decades rather than years.

We come to you

If getting to Canning Vale is not practical, we will come to you instead. A technician comes out on a scheduled round, works on the machine in your home wherever the job allows, and only brings it back to the bench when a repair calls for it. Those rounds are planned ahead, so a visit has to be arranged with us first - call or text to get on the next run to your area.

Owners who would rather not book each time often take a service plan instead. We build these one at a time around the model, the workload it carries and the distance involved, so tell us your situation and we will put together something that fits.

Delivery, installation, servicing and repairs cover the whole Kirby range - Heritage and Legend, the G3 to G6 series, Ultimate G, Diamond Edition, Sentria and Sentria II, and Avalir - limited only by which parts are still manufactured for the older machines.

Country and regional repairs by post

If you are too far out to drop in and our next round is a way off, post the machine to us instead. There is no need to send all of it - take the handle and the front nozzle head off and send the power unit on its own. That packs down into a carton of roughly 50 x 50 x 35 cm, which keeps the freight sensible in both directions. Pack it snugly, put your name, phone number and a note about the fault in the box, and we will book the repair in as soon as it arrives.

Upgrades, combos and seasonal specials

A tired Kirby is very often worth keeping. Between a full service, replacement parts and an upgrade to a newer model, there is usually a way to keep yours running for many more years for a good deal less than you would expect. We regularly run upgrade and repair combination deals, and the end-of-financial-year specials each June are the best of the year. Ask what is running when you book, because it changes through the year.
