We Deliver all over Australia! We usually post same business day. As a general guide, delivery takes 1 to 2 days to major cities and up to 5 days to more remote areas. Backorders: We strive to have all items in stock. However, if for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will try to notify you within 3 business days.

We are based in Canning Vale, Perth, and have been servicing Kirby systems for 16 years. We stock all Kirby Parts! If you cannot find the part or product you are after, please do not hesitate to call us on 08 9592 5379.

All parts come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Fair wear and tear, and damage caused by misuse, are not covered.

Based in Canning Vale, we offer free pick-up and delivery across the surrounding southern suburbs - Willetton, Riverton, Thornlie, Leeming, Bull Creek, Southern River, Harrisdale, Cannington, Gosnells and Maddington - and everywhere else within about 15km. Inside that radius we can usually come out at short notice, so call if you need a repair booked in quickly. Further afield you are covered by our scheduled rounds, which reach every major centre in Western Australia - ask when we are next in your area. Our dedicated Kirby service team is committed to providing you and your Kirby home care system with excellent service at all times.

From Kirby replacement belts, bags, shampoo and specialist stain removers to repairs and servicing, we can offer you quality workmanship and original parts to make your Kirby Vacuum Cleaner work perfectly for many years to come and look like new.

Kirby repairs, in our workshop or at your door

Most repairs happen on the bench at our Canning Vale workshop, and that is both the quickest and the most economical route - drop your Kirby in and it is usually ready to collect the next working day. We also service on the road right across Perth and regional Western Australia, and country customers can post the power unit to us on its own. However it reaches us, the aim is the same: keep your Kirby working for years instead of replacing it. Ask about our upgrade and repair combination deals when you call.
