Booking a service visit

We service Kirbys on scheduled rounds, and we come to you - a technician visits your home, does the work there wherever the job allows, and only takes the machine back to the workshop when a repair needs the bench. Because those rounds are planned in advance, a visit has to be booked. Call or text us and we will tell you when we are next in your area.

If you can get to us it is quicker and cheaper again: drop the machine at our Canning Vale workshop and most repairs are ready to collect within one working day. Country customers can post the power unit instead - handle and front nozzle head off, into a carton about 50 x 50 x 35 cm.

If you would rather not have to remember it each time, we can put together a service plan. We work these out case by case - your model, how hard the machine works and how far out you are all change what makes sense - so ask us and we will tailor one to suit.

We deliver, install, service and repair every Kirby model - Heritage and Legend, the G3 to G6 series, Ultimate G, Diamond Edition, Sentria and Sentria II, and the Avalir range. The one limit is parts: some components for the oldest machines are no longer manufactured, and if yours is one of them we will tell you up front rather than after the fact.
