In the event of a typographical or technical error causing a mistake in price to be shown, www.perthvacuumservice.com reserves the right to correct the error and charge you the correct price. Before it does so, www.perthvacuumservice.com will notify you of the mistake and ask you to confirm the order at the correct price before it is sent.

www.perthvacuumservice.com reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time, however no changes will be made once a consumer has completed a purchase. The current terms and conditions will be located on the www.perthvacuumservice.com website and should be reviewed by the consumer prior to commencing any purchase.

No www.perthvacuumservice.com employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the www.perthvacuumservice.com's policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.

ABANDONED STOCK

Customers are required to pick up or pay for postage for their purchased or repaired goods within 30 days of the equipment being left with Velev Pty Ltd. Failing to do that will attract $85/month warehouse fee. Any product or equipment left with us for over 3 months is considered abandoned. Velev Pty accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any abandoned product and equipment.

NON-PAYMENT

Providing and Acceptance of a quote for repair constitutes a binding agreement. Once a quote has been accepted, the customer is required to pay for the repairs immediately upon completion of the job. Failing to pay the account within 30 days will result in the account being referred to a debt collection agency, warehouse charges being added to the account and/or the item being considered abandoned.
